There was a lot of waiting around at the April 19 City of Rushford Village (CRV) Council meeting. The CRV posted notice prior to the meeting that rock bids would be announced at 7:30 p.m. Councilors finished their agenda within a few minutes, and spent nearly 20 minutes waiting to address rock bids.
