PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Preston will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 25, 2017, at 5:00pm to consider a variance request for the property located at 400 Spring Street NW.

The application was submitted by Jon and Jenni Whitney. The Whitneys are proposing to remove the existing attached garage and build a new 30’x30’attached garage. The driveway for the new garage will be to Franklin Street NW. The Whitneys are requesting a variance to allow for a 19’ street side (east) setback (20’ required by code) and a 10’ rear (alley) setback (20’ required by code).

The public hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers at City Hall.
