Several Chatfield High School football players received post-season honors.

Named to the all-district team were sophomore Isaiah Froese, senior Cole Asleson, senior Carter Fishbaugher, senior Ben Ihrke and senior Kyle Nosbisch.  Receiving honorable mention honors were junior Nathaniel Goldsmith, junior Zach Roline, junior Carson Larrabee and sophomore Chance Backer. 

Fishbaugher was a candidate for defensive player of the year. 

Individual awards were also presented to Nosbisch for offensive player of the year, Fishbaugher for defensive player of the year, Simon Schwartzentruber and Jonathon Frank for scout team co-players of the year and Ben Ihrke for special teams player of the year. 

Nosbisch rushed for more than 1,000 yards this past season in eight regular season games and two playoff games, Fishbaugher led the team in tackles and had a defensive touchdown this past season, and Ihrke returned two kickoffs for touchdowns this past season, both against Caledonia in the regular season game and in the playoff game.

Other special awards for player of the game went to Nosbisch (Channel 6 and KFIL)) and Ihrke (KFIL).
