Hundreds of motorcycles line streets of Canton as benefit ride winds through area

CHARLIE WARNER/NEWS LEADER The hills and valleys of Fillmore and Houston counties rumbled with the sound of about 200 motorcycles Saturday, as a large contingency of supporters participated in a benefit ride to raise money for Dee Westby of Rushford, who is battling cancer. The riders left Rushford Saturday morning and toured the winding roads of southeast Minnesota before returning to Rushford for many benefit festivities. One of their stops was in Canton, where Main Street was filled for more than three blocks with motorcycles of all makes and models.
